Short version – key information

We care about your privacy – and your time. That’s why we’ve prepared a brief version with the most important privacy rules:

  • We entrust personal data processing only to trusted and verified entities that provide personal data processing services.
  • We use Google Analytics analytical tools that collect information about your visits, such as subpages viewed, time spent on the website, and navigation between pages. For this purpose, cookies from Google LLC related to Google Analytics are used. We also collect demographic and interest data. You can decide in your cookie settings whether or not you consent to this type of data collection.
  • We use our own cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the website, especially for user account handling and the order process.

If this information isn’t enough, you’ll find more details below.

Personal data

The administrator of your personal data within the meaning of the data protection regulations is Ristorante Limoncello sp. z o.o., 472C Grunwaldzka Avenue, 80-309 Gdańsk, NIP: 5842835185.

The purposes, legal basis and duration of the processing of personal data are indicated separately in relation to each purpose of processing (see description of individual purposes of processing personal data below).

Your rights. Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data:

  • The right to access your personal data
  • The right to rectify your personal data
  • The right to delete your personal data
  • The right to restrict the processing of your personal data
  • The right to object to processing
  • The right to data portability
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
  • The right to withdraw consent to processing, if you have previously given it

The rules governing the exercise of these rights are described in detail in Articles 16–21 of the GDPR. We encourage you to read those provisions.
From our side, we find it important to let you know that the above rights are not absolute and may not apply in every instance of personal data processing. For your convenience, we have made every effort to indicate your specific rights in the description of each data processing operation.

However, one right is always guaranteed: if you believe that your data has been processed in breach of data protection regulations, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

You may also ask us at any time to provide information about what personal data we hold about you and for what purpose we process it. Just send a message to restauracja@limoncello.menu. Still, we’ve done our best to explain everything clearly in this privacy policy. You may also use the above email if you have any questions related to the processing of your personal data.

Security
. We guarantee the confidentiality of all personal data you provide to us. We ensure that all necessary security and data protection measures required by law are in place. Personal data is collected with due care and properly protected against unauthorized access.

Email contact
. When you contact us by email, including via the contact form, you naturally provide your email address as the sender. You may also include other personal data in your message. Providing this data is voluntary, but necessary in order to establish contact.

Your data is processed for the purpose of contacting you, and the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. your consent resulting from initiating contact. The legal basis for data processing after contact ends is our legitimate interest in archiving the correspondence for internal purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

The content of correspondence may be archived. We cannot clearly determine when it will be deleted.
You have the right to request access to archived correspondence and to request its deletion – unless the retention of the correspondence is justified by our overriding interests (e.g. legal defense against claims).

Google Analytics.
We use the Google Analytics tool provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
We use this tool based on our legitimate interest, which consists of creating statistics and analyzing them in order to optimize our website.

Google Analytics automatically collects information about your use of our website. The information collected in this way is usually transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there.

Because we have enabled IP address anonymization, your IP address is shortened before being transmitted. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the United States and shortened there.
The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is generally not combined with other data held by Google.

Since Google LLC is based in the USA and uses technical infrastructure located in the USA, it has joined the EU–US Privacy Shield program to ensure an adequate level of data protection required by European regulations.
Under the agreement between the United States and the European Commission, the latter has recognized the appropriate level of data protection for companies certified under the Privacy Shield.

When displaying our website containing such a plug-in, your browser will establish a direct connection to the servers of the social network administrators (service providers). The content of the plug-in is transmitted by the respective service provider directly to your browser and integrated into the website. Through this integration, service providers receive information that your browser has viewed our website, even if you do not have a profile with the respective service provider or are not currently logged in with them. This information (including your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to your service provider’s server (some servers are located in the USA) and stored there.

Server logs

Using the website involves sending requests to the server where the website is stored. Each request made to the server is recorded in the server logs. The logs include your IP address, the date and time of the server, information about your browser and the operating system you are using. The logs are saved and stored on the server.
